Birth Certificates

The Clerk's office can obtain a Birth Card or a Birth Certificate right here in our office. You can receive a Birth Card if you were born from 1900 to 1983. After 1983 you can receive a Birth Certificate.

Requirements for obtaining a Birth Certificate:

  • Applicants name.
  • Date of Birth
  • Parish or city in which applicant was born.
  • Parent's Names.
  • Mother's Maiden Name.
  • Pictured ID
